  1. Where do I find the sequence to improve my core. I was getting excited, then it was over.
    I have forever had a weak core. I have been working on it (not knowing) with my trainer. But she just moved. So I need advice. I had a tummy tuck ( not recommended) so my fat does not go to my lower abs like it does to my abdomen. So I have thin legs with this barrel chest. I know losing weight will help that even out. I have been doing a lot of upper back exercises with weights to help with my posture.
    I love being educated so I can get better.
