  1. I kept repeating I hate you why do you make me do this no pain no gain I hate this i wanna die im almost done throughout the whole video. It kept me going xD

  2. does this exercise helps you to have thigh gaps and longer/leaner legs? or it just helps in shaping your butt and have leg muscles?

  3. yoooo I just did this and I felt the burn so quickly! but I feel so great right now! I'm going to keep this up for however long I can manage, at least every day for a month. I'll be sure to update!

    and yes, I'm actually going to stick to it and come back to let people know my results.

  4. my thighs are fat and i don't want them to get any larger…so will this workout get my thighs bigger too?

    P.S: Should i do this workout everyday?

  5. My legs feel like jelly and my fat ass is huffin and puffin on the floor. Do I need an ass this bad? Will it be worth it? I hope so.

  6. Exercise does increase dopamine, so maybe she just has a fucked up reward system and easily gets "hooked" on exercise and the dopamine kick.

  7. i two was addicted to working out in that manner, to the point of wearing out my joints, and i have had seven opperations.. i have six herniated disc. and need now both knee and shoulder replacements.

  8. I use to work out 6 hours a day and my leg blew out and then my chest muscle as well. I had to stop working out so much so now I work out 2 hours a day after those injuries.
